Pancake Ingredients:

  • Chicken eggs - 3 pcs;
  • Milk - 650 g;
  • A pinch of salt;
  • Flour - 180 g;
  • Ghee butter - 2 tsp;
  • Frying oil.

Filling Ingredients:

  • Walnuts - 150 g;
  • Powdered sugar - 150 g;
  • Water - 1 tablespoon;
  • Dark rum - 2 tsp;
  • Raisins - 25 g.

Ingredients for the sauce:

  • Powdered sugar - 170 g.
  • Water - 150 g;
  • Cocoa powder - 100 g;

Preparation:

  1. You need to start by making the dough. Beat all the ingredients: add milk to the eggs, add flour, a pinch of salt and two teaspoons of pre-melted butter.
  2. Heat oil for frying in a pancake pan and pour in some dough. Twirl the pan to distribute the mixture evenly over the surface. Fry the pancake on each side until golden brown. Stack the baked pancakes. Keep cooked pancakes in a warm place.
  3. Then you need to prepare the filling for the pancakes. To do this, mix the walnuts pre-chopped with a large knife with powdered sugar and pour in dark rum, as well as a tablespoon of water. It is very important that the filling is not too liquid. Grind the resulting mixture well. Add raisins to the resulting filling.
  4. Divide the filling into 10 pancakes. Then roll the pancakes into a tube or fold them in four, as usual, to your taste.
  5. Now you need to make the pancake sauce. To do this, mix sugar and water, boil the mixture until bubbles form. The main thing is to constantly stir the mixture during cooking, this is necessary so that the sugar does not burn. Remove sauce from heat and add cocoa powder to it. Stir - and the sauce is ready.
  6. When serving, sprinkle the pancakes with icing sugar. The sauce can be served separately in a gravy boat, tastier when the sauce is still warm.
