Instructions
Step 1
Fried eggs with breadcrumbs. Cut rye bread into cubes and fry in a pan with garlic cloves. Beat in two eggs. Fry until tender, season with salt, garnish with herbs and green onions.
Step 2
Scrambled eggs with tomatoes. Cut the tomatoes into wedges and fry in a pan. Shake two eggs with a whisk, add salt and spices of your choice, add to the tomatoes and fry, covered, until tender. Serve with herbs.
Step 3
Swiss fried eggs with cheese. Shake the eggs with a whisk. Cut the soft cheese into small cubes. Fry an egg pancake on both sides, then place the cheese cubes on one side and fold the eggs in half. Leave covered for 5 minutes.

Scrambled eggs with ham and mushrooms. Wash the champignons and cut into slices. Cut a small head of onion into half rings. Fry the onion with mushrooms in vegetable oil, add a little salt.
