Instructions
Step 1
Smoked chicken legs or breast go well in a salad with Korean carrots. To prepare this salad, boil three medium-sized potatoes in the skins. When the potatoes are boiled, drain the hot water and pour cold water over the vegetables for a few seconds. Drain, refrigerate and peel the potatoes.
Separate the chicken from the bones, remove the skin from it and cut into cubes. Cut the peeled potatoes into cubes and mix with the smoked chicken. Add pickled Korean carrots and canned peas.
Grate the cheese on a medium grater. Leave one third of the grated cheese to sprinkle on top of the salad, mix the rest with chicken and vegetables. Add mayonnaise to the salad and stir. Place the dish in a salad bowl, sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese on top and garnish with scallions.
Step 2
Chicken goes well with mushrooms not only in hot dishes, but also in salads. For the smoked chicken and mushroom salad, cut the chicken into cubes. Cut a small onion into half rings and quickly fry in vegetable oil so that it becomes soft, but does not have time to darken.
Hard boil the eggs and peel. Cut each egg into four parts. Drain the marinade from the mushrooms and cut into large pieces. Wash the bell pepper, remove the center of the seeds from it and, turning the pepper counterclockwise, cut it into a thin long ribbon. Remember the pepper lightly so that the tape breaks apart.
Mix all the ingredients, add the tomato chopped into large pieces. Peel the garlic, crush and add to the salad. Put mayonnaise in the mixture and mix everything.
Step 3
Smoked chicken and pineapple salad will surprise your home with an unusual combination of flavors. Plus, it's pretty easy to prepare. For this salad, remove the meat from the smoked legs and cut into small pieces. Take the pineapples out of the syrup. If the pineapples in the jar are cut into rings, cut each ring into six pieces.
Grate cheese on a fine grater, mix with chicken and pineapple and add mayonnaise. Stir the salad and let it sit for an hour and a half.
