Celery is prized for its negative calorie content. As you know, all parts of this plant are used in cooking, and they are suitable for various dishes. Perhaps the most popular are celery stalks, which are the main component of a huge number of different salads.
To prepare a salad with celery and yogurt, you will need the following ingredients: 3-4 celery stalks, 200-300 g of skinless chicken fillet, 2 boiled chicken eggs, 100 g of Dutch cheese, 0.5 tsp. confectionery poppy, 1 tsp lemon juice, 200-250 g of low-fat natural juice, a couple of cloves of garlic, salt and pepper to your taste.
Peel the celery, rinse well and grate on a coarse grater into a deep salad bowl. Boil the chicken fillet in lightly salted water until tender, then cool and cut into small cubes. Peel and grate the eggs as well. Do the same with Dutch cheese. The dressing for this salad is prepared as follows: mix yogurt with poppy seeds, add lemon juice, salt, pepper and garlic passed through a special press to these ingredients. Stir these ingredients of the sauce thoroughly. After that, season the ingredients in a salad bowl with it and mix thoroughly.
It is not much more difficult to prepare a salad with celery and apple. Its ingredients: 3-4 celery stalks, 1 sour apple, 50-60 g of edam cheese, a couple of spoons of yogurt for dressing, a pinch of salt.
It is this type of medium-hard cheese that will give this dish an interesting and original taste.
Rinse and rub the celery, gently peel the peel from the apple, then rub it as well. Place the ingredients in a deep bowl and add the shredded cheese and yogurt. Salt and stir this vitamin salad well.
To prepare a salad with celery and shrimps, take the following products: 250-300 g of boiled shrimp, 2-3 celery stalks, 1 sour apple, 1 avocado, 1 medium-sized fresh cucumber, a bunch of fresh lettuce, a third of a head of Chinese cabbage, a third cans of pickled peas, 3-4 tablespoons of low-fat yogurt and salt.
Boil the shrimps in slightly salted water, cool and remove the shell. Tear lettuce and Chinese cabbage leaves with your hands into a deep salad bowl. Cut the celery stalks into small cubes, and do the same with cucumber and avocado, peeled and large pits. Grate the apple on a coarse grater.

Another type of cucumber-celery salad includes 100-150 g of cooked chicken fillet without skin, 3-4 celery stalks, 1 boiled carrot, 1 fresh cucumber, a third of a can of canned peas, 2 boiled eggs, 4 tablespoons. yogurt or light mayonnaise, 1 tbsp. sour cream, a bunch of green onions and dill, a pack of arugula and a pinch of salt.
Cut the chicken and all vegetables into small cubes, also do with the peeled eggs. Place the ingredients in a salad bowl. For dressing, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, chopped onions and dill, mix well until smooth.
Season the ingredients with the sauce, add canned peas and arugula to the salad bowl, mix the food well and serve. This dish will also look great in small elegant bowls.
