Cheese mousse with crab meat is a very tender and tasty dish. Preparing quickly. I suggest making mousse according to a simple recipe. The indicated amount of ingredients is enough for 6-8 servings.

- - soft processed cheese (classic) - 400 g;
- - crab meat - 200 g;
- - cream (25-33%) - 125 g;
- - gelatin - 16 g;
- - eggs - 2 pcs.;
- - lemon - 1 pc.;
- - Tabasco sauce - 5 drops;
- - salt - 0.5 tsp;
- - parsley - for decoration.
Instructions
Step 1
Finely chop the crab meat, pour with lemon juice and leave for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Soak gelatin in cold water (2 tablespoons). When the gelatin swells, place it in a water bath and heat until the grains of gelatin dissolve.
Step 3
Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the whites into a cool foam, add a couple of drops of lemon juice. Beat the yolks separately with a mixer, add cheese, cream, salt, tabasco, gelatin, crab meat and whipped whites. Beat the mass well with a mixer and pour into molds. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 4
