  • - soft processed cheese (classic) - 400 g;
  • - crab meat - 200 g;
  • - cream (25-33%) - 125 g;
  • - gelatin - 16 g;
  • - eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • - lemon - 1 pc.;
  • - Tabasco sauce - 5 drops;
  • - salt - 0.5 tsp;
  • - parsley - for decoration.

Instructions

Step 1

Finely chop the crab meat, pour with lemon juice and leave for 30 minutes.

Soak gelatin in cold water (2 tablespoons). When the gelatin swells, place it in a water bath and heat until the grains of gelatin dissolve.
