Leave the dough in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes, let it rest. Prepare the filling, mix the cottage cheese with starch and vanilla, add the egg.

Divide the lying dough into two equal pieces. Leave one of them in the freezer, roll the other to the size in the form in which the workpiece will be baked. Put the curd filling in the second layer. Rub the crumb from the frozen piece of dough, spreading in a third layer.
