Ladenia is a traditional Greek dish. It is very simple to prepare from the available products. Suitable as a snack, as well as instead of bread. It tastes and looks like a pizza. You can add ingredients to your liking, for example, add olives or olives instead of capers, and also enrich your pie with meat.

Instructions
Step 1
For the dough, pour yeast into 0.5 cups of warm drinking water, leave for 5 minutes. Sift flour into a bowl or on a work surface with a slide, make a depression, add salt and oil to it. Pour in the dissolved yeast and knead the dough. If necessary, pour in up to 0.5 cups of water to make the dough elastic, but soft. Knead for 10 minutes. until the dough stops sticking to your hands.
Step 2
Form a ball out of the dough, coat it on all sides with oil, put in a clean bowl, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place to rise for 1 hour.
Step 3
Prepare the filling. Peel the onion and cut into thin slices. Coarsely chop the capers. Cut the tomatoes into circles.
Step 4
Knead the dough and stretch with your hands into a layer in the shape of your baking sheet, about 1 cm thick. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Step 5
Place the tomatoes, capers and onions in succession on the dough. Season the pie with salt, pepper, sprinkle with dried herbs, drizzle with olive oil. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for 40–50 minutes. - the onions and dough should turn golden brown. Serve warm.
