- For the cake: 2 cups sour cream
- 1h a spoonful of soda
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of butter

- For cream: 2 cups sour cream
- 2 cups minced walnut kernels
- 2 cups sugar
- For glaze: 6 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar
- 6 tbsp. spoons of milk
- 6h tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 50g butter.
Instructions
Step 1
Making cakes. Heat the butter until soft. Quench the baking soda with vinegar. Mix with sour cream. Grind the sugar well with soft butter. Mix both mixtures. Gradually adding flour, knead a soft dough. Add cocoa powder for color. Divide the dough into 4 pieces. Roll each piece into a layer and bake in the oven until browned.
Step 2
Making a cream. Chop the walnut kernels with a knife. Mix sour cream, sugar, chopped nuts together. Beat until sugar is completely dissolved. Spread cream on the cooled cakes and form a cake on a platter.
Step 3
Making the glaze. Cook the chocolate glaze from milk, sugar and cocoa. Add butter and grind well so that there are no lumps. Pour icing over the finished cake.
Step 4
Leave the finished cake for 2-3 hours so that it is well saturated with cream. Sprinkle some grated chocolate on top before serving.
