You can add cinnamon and vanilla to the filling to taste. To make the pie more tender, peel the apples off before slicing them, but this is not necessary.

Beat the eggs with a mixer until they form a foam. Without stopping whisking, start gradually adding sugar to the eggs. You should have a thick, fluffy mixture. Whipping such a mixture takes an average of 10 minutes.

Sift the flour and add it to the egg mixture. Stir the dough with a wooden spatula until the flour is completely dispersed. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and pour half of the dough into it. Place the prepared apples on the dough and cover them with the remaining dough.

Place the pie in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 40 minutes. To prevent charlotte from falling off, do not open the oven door during baking. The finished charlotte develops a light brown crust and when piercing the cake with a toothpick, no raw dough remains on it.

You will need the following products: 3 eggs, 250 ml of kefir, 200 g of sugar, 350 g of flour, 4 medium apples, half a lemon, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, vegetable oil.

Prepare the apple filling as in the previous recipe. Beat eggs and sugar until completely dissolved. Add kefir and soda to the egg mixture, mix well. Add the sifted flour. Stir the dough thoroughly until smooth.

Place apples in a greased form and cover them with dough. Bake charlotte in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 30-35 minutes. Turn the cooled cake over onto a large platter and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

You will need the following products: 4 eggs, 200 g of sugar, 200 g of sour cream, 160 g of flour, 4 medium apples, half a lemon, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, vegetable oil.

Make the apple filling as directed in the first recipe. Add soda to sour cream and stir it. Beat eggs with sugar in a separate container until a thick, dense mixture is obtained. Add sifted flour and sour cream to this mixture. Stir the dough until it becomes a homogeneous consistency.

Grease a baking dish with butter, place the apples on the bottom and pour the dough over them. Bake charlotte for 35-40 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 ° C. Shake the cooled pie onto a dish with apples up, sprinkle the charlotte with powdered sugar or pour with whipped cream.
