It is necessary

    • For the test:
    • 600 g of durum wheat flour;
    • 3 eggs;
    • 50 ml olive oil;
    • 100 ml of cold water;

    • For filling:
    • 1 large onion;
    • 1 clove of garlic;
    • 3 large tomatoes;
    • 2 carrots;
    • 1 bell pepper;
    • 1 small vegetable marrow;
    • 100 g of corn;
    • fresh herbs;
    • vegetable oil;
    • salt
    • spice.
    • For the sauce:
    • 200 g heavy cream;
    • 50 g butter;
    • 1 tbsp. meat broth;
    • 200 g of processed cheese;
    • ground nutmeg on the tip of a knife;
    • 1 tbsp flour.

Instructions

Step 1

First, you need to prepare all the ingredients for the lasagna. The dough can be bought at the store, but it is better to make it yourself. Sift the flour through a sieve into a deep bowl. Combine eggs with flour.

Then add olive oil and water. Lightly salt and knead the tough dough. Wrap it in plastic wrap and let it sit at room temperature for 25-30 minutes.

Then divide the dough into 3 pieces. Roll them into thin layers, about 1.5 millimeters thick, and cut into rectangles so they can fit into your baking dish. Cover with a towel and let dry slightly.

In the meantime, prepare the filling. Cut the onion into half rings. Tomatoes, zucchini, carrots, bell peppers - in small cubes. Finely chop the garlic and herbs.

Heat some vegetable oil in a skillet. Saute the onions in it. Then mix it in stages with carrots, tomatoes, bell peppers, courgette and garlic. Simmer vegetables over low heat for 10-15 minutes.

Then season with salt to taste, add spices, chopped herbs and corn. Turn off the stove, let the filling brew and cool slightly.

Make the sauce. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Fry the flour in it. Pour in the broth. Mix everything well and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. After salt, add nutmeg, cheese and cream. Bring the sauce to a smooth consistency and set aside.

The next step in making lasagna is combining the dough and filling. Put one layer of dough in a baking dish, on it - evenly layer a small amount of filling. Thus, make several "floors".

Step 9

Then pour the sauce generously over the lasagna. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Then remove the dish from the oven, cover with a clean towel for 10-15 minutes. Now you can cut the lasagne into small portions and serve.
