It is necessary

    • Chicken fillet - 200 g
    • Eggs - 4 pieces
    • Apples - 250 g
    • Onions - 150 g
    • Cheese - 100 g
    • Walnuts - 100 g
    • Mayonnaise
    • Salt

Instructions

Step 1

Boil chicken fillet until tender. Chicken meat is cooked quickly, 20 minutes after boiling it will be ready. After the fillet has cooled, it must be finely chopped. Chop the onion as small as possible. Then pour boiling water over it and leave for 10 minutes, then drain the water, and rinse the onion in cold water. This is done in order to soften the onion a little and remove its bitterness.

Step 2

Boil the eggs. Separate the whites from the yolks and finely grate both parts of the egg separately. Grind the walnuts (you can grind them in a mortar). Leave a few nuts intact to garnish the salad. Grate fresh apples on a medium grater. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

Step 3

Place the egg whites in a circle or oval on a flat dish. Lightly salt and brush with mayonnaise. Put the chicken fillet on top of the proteins, brush with mayonnaise. Put the onion on the fillet, and the apples on it and brush again with mayonnaise. Put grated cheese on top of the apple and cover with a layer of mayonnaise. Next, the yolks are laid out and smeared with mayonnaise. Densely sprinkle the layer of yolks with walnuts - this is the top layer.
