The simplest salads always help out when the hostess has little time to cook. It can be both vitamin dietary snacks and very hearty, but elementary meals. Try quick salads with a variety of ingredients that are easy to prepare and delicious.
A quick, easy, healthy salad
Ingredients:
- 150 g cherry tomatoes red and yellow;
- 1 cucumber;
- 1 yellow bell pepper;
- 100 g of mache salad;
- 60 ml of olive oil;
- 1/3 tsp salt.
Wash all vegetables and pat dry on a paper towel. Cut the cherry tomatoes into longitudinal halves and the cucumber into thick semicircles. Remove the seeds from the bell pepper and cut the flesh into strips. Place all the ingredients in a large salad bowl, add the mache leaves, sprinkle with salt, olive oil and stir gently.
Summer bean and vegetable salad
Ingredients:
- 150 g of canned corn kernels;
- 100 g of young green peas;
- 8 radishes;
- 4 feathers of green onions;
- 2 branches of any greenery;
- 60 ml of olive oil;
- a pinch of ground black pepper;
- 1/2 tsp salt.
Cut the radishes into thin slices, the green onions into 3-4 cm long tubes, finely chop the herbs. Place everything, including the peas and corn, in a deep bowl. Whisk separately the olive oil, pepper and salt and season the salad.
Simple Hearty Parmesan and Parsley Salad
Ingredients:
- 200 g of parsley;
- 100 g of parmesan;
- 2-3 cloves of garlic;
- 100 ml of olive oil;
- salt.
Peel the garlic cloves and grate or crush in a mortar. Stir in olive oil. Cut off the thick stems of the parsley and chop the leaves with a sharp knife. Grate the Parmesan on a fine grater. Combine herbs, cheese and sauce, stir well and salt to taste.
Delicious Elementary Chips Salad
Ingredients:
- 200 g of crab sticks;
- 150 g canned corn (no liquid);
- 50 g of chips in the form of a crab or onion rings;
- 70-100 g of mayonnaise.
Chop the crab sticks coarsely and place them in a nice bowl along with the corn kernels and chips. Pour the mayonnaise over the salad ingredients and stir gently so as not to damage the texture. Serve and eat the snack right away.
Quick spring salad
Ingredients:
- 8 radishes;
- 2 cucumbers;
- 1 green sweet and sour apple;
- a quarter of a lemon;
- 80 g of green salad;
- 100 g sour cream;
- 20 g of dill;
- salt.
Slice fruit and vegetables very thinly. Sprinkle the apple slices with lemon juice to prevent browning. Tear the lettuce leaves with your hands and place them in portioned salad bowls or large glasses. Mix the previously prepared ingredients, season with sour cream, salt, put on green salad flakes and sprinkle with chopped dill.
