Instructions
Step 1
Knead the yeast dough with the listed ingredients and set to rise in a warm place. While the dough is right, prepare the apple bun filling.
Step 2
Peel the apples, remove the middle and cut them into small cubes. To prevent the apples from turning black, sprinkle them with lemon juice. Crumble the marzipan mass by hand or chop it.
Step 3
Melt the butter and add the cubes there, heat them for literally 2 minutes and remove from heat. Put cinnamon and marzipan in apples.
Step 4
Knead the dough that has come up and roll it out quite thinly. Its thickness should be approximately 7 mm. Spread the filling evenly on the dough and roll into a roll. cut it into equal pieces.
Step 5
Grease a baking sheet with margarine or vegetable oil, put the pieces on it and leave in a warm place for 20 minutes so that the buns come up again. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake buns with apples in it for 12-15 minutes.
Step 6
Put the finished buns in a bowl, sprinkle lightly with water and cover with a clean napkin or towel. let them cool slightly as they are. the crust of the buns will turn out to be soft, and they themselves will simply melt in your mouth.
