The liver is famous for its beneficial properties, be it beef, pork, cod, pollock. However, if we talk about the most digestible liver, the one that will be both useful and appetizing for the child, then attention should be paid to the chicken liver. It is prepared quickly enough, while it contains a minimum amount of fat and starch.

    • seedless
    • 1 onion (large)
    • cut into thin slices

Step 2

Pour vegetable oil into a deep frying pan and put on high heat. Lay out the pre-cut vegetables and leave without a lid for 5-7 minutes, stirring gradually.

Step 3

Rinse and dry the liver. Cut it into small pieces and add to the vegetables. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Step 4

Add tomatoes, cornmeal, and spices to taste. Cook for another 5 minutes over high heat, covered with a lid. Remember to stir the dish.

Step 5

The ready meal is served on an open dish, garnished with cherry tomatoes. Boiled potatoes are perfect as a side dish. Bon Appetit!
