It is necessary
- - instant porridge - 3 tbsp. with a slide;
- - chicken egg - 1 pc.;
- - wheat flour - 2 tbsp. without a slide;
- - milk - 1 glass;
- - salt - a pinch;
- - vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon;
- - whisk - 1 pc.;
- - a pancake maker or other pan suitable for baking pancakes.
Instructions
Step 1
Break the egg into a deep cup, add a pinch of salt to it and beat with a whisk until foam forms.
Pour about 1/3 cup of milk into the egg mass. It is better to preheat milk to room temperature.
Step 2
Add 2 tablespoons to the cup. flour without a slide and 3 tbsp. any instant porridge. Mix everything thoroughly so that there are no lumps left. If instant porridge does not contain sugar, then it can be added to the dough additionally, about 1 tbsp for this volume of products.
Step 3
Gradually pour the remaining milk into the mixture, then 1 tbsp. any vegetable oil. It is better to use refined oil, it is odorless.
Beat the dough again with a whisk, it should acquire the consistency of liquid sour cream.
Step 4
Grease a skillet with vegetable oil and heat over medium heat. For children, it is better to make small pancakes, they are more convenient to eat. One pancake takes about 2 tablespoons. test. If the pan is wide, you can bake several pancakes at the same time. Pour several portions of dough into a frying pan in a horizontal position, at a sufficient distance from each other. Rotate the pan so that the dough spreads evenly and you get round pancakes. When the edges of the pancakes are browned, gently turn them over and fry on the other side. Compared to regular pancakes, instant porridge pancakes have a softer texture and are more difficult to turn over.
