Cold water quenches thirst well, but warm water - do not get drunk. In hot weather, water heats up very quickly and cools down much longer than we would like. There are several ways to cool water down to the temperature you want.
Instructions
Step 1
If you have time, you can use the refrigerator.
Place the water bottle in the refrigerator and wait for a few hours. It is worth noting that the water will not cool quickly.
Step 2
Freezer
With it, you can quickly cool the water, but the main thing is not to forget, but the water will turn into ice. The average time for cooling one bottle of water with a volume of 1.5 liters is about 30 minutes.
Step 3
Ice.
Place the bottle in an ice bath. The more ice, the faster the water will cool. It will take about 15 minutes for the water to turn cold. You can put ice cubes directly into a glass of water.
Step 4
If you don't have ice or a refrigerator on hand, there are several other ways you can try.
Place the water in the shade. The water will take a long time to cool and will not be very cold.
If you are on a river, then immerse the bottle in a pond, first tie a heavy object to it.
At the dacha, where non-drinking water comes from the water supply, you can pour water into a bucket and lower a bottle into it. After a while, the water will become cool.
A draft can be used. Place a container of water where it blows hard. A doorway, an open window will do.
