Step 1
Pour water into a Turk and bring to a boil over medium heat. Chop the ginger root and cinnamon. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves to boiling water. Mix thoroughly. Add ginger and mint leaves.

Mix the ground coffee with 2 tablespoons of water, mix well and gently pour into the water with spices. Stir the coffee and bring to a boil.
