It is necessary

  • For the test:
  • - margarine - 150 g;
  • - sugar - 150 g;
  • - eggs - 2 pcs;
  • - wheat flour - 450 g;
  • - salt - 0.5 teaspoon;
  • For glaze:
  • - powdered sugar - 1 teaspoon;
  • - chocolate - 50 g;
  • - vanilla sugar - 1 sachet;
  • - milk - 2 tablespoons.

Instructions

Step 1

Sift the flour first, then combine with the following ingredients: vanilla and plain sugar, salt and margarine cut into small cubes. Stir the resulting mass until it turns into small crumbs. Put the eggs in a separate bowl and beat thoroughly. Then add them to the rest of the mass. Knead the dough, then refrigerate for about 2 hours.

Step 2

Take a piece of cardboard and draw a tea bag on it. Cut it out along the outline. Thus, the cookie template is ready.

Step 3

Put the chilled dough on a work surface and roll out with a rolling pin. Then take a cardboard template and cut the future cookies out of it.

Step 4

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. While it is heating, take a small tube and use it to make a hole for the thread in the cookie. Then place the dough figurines on a baking sheet lined with parchment and bake for about a quarter of an hour.

Step 5

In the meantime, prepare the chocolate frosting. To do this, put the broken chocolate in a saucepan, add milk to it and put it on the stove to melt. If you have a microwave, you can do it with it. Add powdered sugar to the resulting mass. Mix everything thoroughly.

Step 6

Dip the finished baked goods in the melted chocolate one by one, but not completely, but only until the middle. In this form, send to the refrigerator. For a complete resemblance, you can tie a string with a tea label. The Tea Bag Cookies are ready!
