Looking for the perfect snack? How about guacamole? It's hard not to love this light salad. Its fresh taste will appeal to any gourmet.
It is necessary
- - 4 peeled avocados;
- - 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice;
- - 1/2 teaspoon of salt;
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- - 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion;
- - 1 large red tomato without seeds;
- - 1 clove of garlic, chop;
- - 2 tablespoons of chopped cilantro;
- 1 / 8-1 / 4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
Step 1
Remember the avocado with a fork on a plate or cutting board until mashed. Top with lime juice and season with salt and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly. Transfer the resulting mixture to a bowl.
Step 2
Slice the onion to the desired size and shape. The smaller the pieces, the softer the guacamole will be.
Step 3
Add chopped onions to the avocado mixture along with tomato, garlic, cilantro and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 4
Serve guacamole with chips or any other Mexican meal. Ideal with French fries.
