Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Grease the baking dish with oil and lightly sprinkle with flour (if the mold is silicone, you can skip this step and just moisten it with water). Sift flour with baking powder and cocoa. Beat the eggs with a white mixer and gradually add 120 g of powdered sugar to them, then 1 tbsp. coffee and, finally, flour mixture.
Step 2
Knead so that there are no lumps, and put it in a mold, which we send to a preheated oven. The baking time will depend on the size of the pan, but do not open the oven for the first 15 minutes, otherwise the biscuit will settle. Willingness to check with a toothpick. Cool on a wire rack.
Step 3
Now let's move on to the cream. Wash the lemon, remove the zest, cut into slices, remove the seeds and grind in a blender. Add cottage cheese and 120 g of powdered sugar, mix until fluffy and homogeneous. If your curd is too dry, add a couple tablespoons of sour cream or yogurt.
Step 4
Cut the biscuit into 3 cakes. We brew strong instant coffee with added sugar and soak the cakes with it. Then thickly coat the biscuits with cottage cheese cream, coat the top of the cake and sides with it, sprinkle with grated chocolate and put in the refrigerator to soak (preferably at night). Bon Appetit!
