Shrimp salad with apple and bell pepper

Structure:

- 300 g of boiled peeled shrimp;

- 150 ml sour cream;

- 2 bell peppers;

- 1 onion, 1 apple;

- a bunch of fresh parsley;

- pepper, salt.

Peel the pepper, apple and onion, cut into small cubes. Chop parsley, set aside a few branches to decorate the finished dish. Mix all the ingredients, add shrimp, sour cream, salt and pepper.

Put the resulting shrimp salad on a dish with a pea, garnish with parsley sprigs, serve.

Shrimp salad with rice and canned corn

Structure:

- 300 g of boiled shrimp;

- 1 can of canned corn;

- 200 ml of mayonnaise;

- 150 g of boiled rice;

- 1 onion;

- a bunch of fresh dill;

- pepper, salt.

Peel the onion, cut into small cubes. Chop fresh dill, leave a few twigs intact. Combine rice with shrimp, canned corn, herbs and onions in a deep bowl. Add mayonnaise. Pepper, salt to taste, mix thoroughly.

Put the prepared salad on a platter or salad bowl, garnish with dill. It is advisable to let the salad brew in the refrigerator for half an hour.
