Potato dishes are always tasty and satisfying. Try Greek-style baked potatoes.

- 1/2 cup vegetable oil (preferably olive oil)
- Half a large shallots;
- 3 tablespoons of lemon juice;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- half a tablespoon of oregano;
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
- 2 large potato tubers;
- Pepper and salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Combine lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, onion, oregano, and parsley using a food processor or blender. Add pepper and salt to taste. Whisk all ingredients until smooth.
Step 2
Cut the potatoes into thin strips and combine in a large bowl with a quarter of the cooked sauce. Set aside the remaining sauce; you will need it later. Place the potatoes in an even layer in a greased baking dish.
Step 3
Bake potatoes for 45 minutes, halfway through cooking, turn potatoes. After the potatoes acquire a beautiful ruddy shade, place the wedges on a platter and drizzle with the prepared sauce.
