  • canned mushrooms - 100 g;
  • lettuce - 100 g;
  • canned corn - 1 tbsp;
  • canned peas - 1 tbsp;
  • chicken meat - 120 g.

Preparation:

Place the chicken in a saucepan, cover it with cold water and put it on fire. If you have a whole chicken, cut it into pieces, put half in the refrigerator, wrapped in something. Cook until cooked for about an hour or an hour and a half. Next, separate the meat from the bone.

Take a medium deep bowl and place the chicken pieces cut into cubes with a sharp knife. Pour yogurt over the meat, pepper and salt. Add a pinch of curry and mix well.

Grind the canned mushrooms on a cutting board, then add them to the chicken and yogurt in a bowl. Pour corn from a can and canned peas there. Mix everything diligently, make the mass as homogeneous as possible.

Place the lettuce leaves on a clean, large plate. You can chop them into pieces at will or leave them as they are. If you do decide to rip, then make the pieces not very small. Remember to rinse the leaves under running water.

Place the mixed ingredients in a bowl on top of the lettuce leaves.
