  • - 130 g margarine;
  • - 250 g of sugar;
  • - 3 eggs;
  • - 150 g flour;
  • - 1 tsp slaked soda;
  • - 25 g of cocoa powder;
  • - 400 g of prunes;
  • - 100 g of chopped walnuts;
  • For the cream:
  • - 400 g of condensed milk;
  • - 250 g butter.

Instructions

Step 1

Grind eggs with sugar until white, add softened margarine and beat. Then add flour, stir well and add slaked soda. Quickly knead the dough and divide it into two parts, in one of which add cocoa.

Step 2

Bake the dough in the oven for 25 minutes in tins previously oiled. Cool the finished cakes, cut them horizontally in half.

Step 3

Soak prunes in cold water for 25 minutes, then cook until softened, remove seeds and cut into small pieces.

Step 4

To prepare the cream, we keep the margarine at room temperature, then shake it until fluffy, gradually adding condensed milk.

Step 5

We align the finished cakes, cut off the trim. Grease the cakes with cream and lay them on top of each other in layers, cover each layer with chopped walnuts and chopped prunes.
