It is necessary
- - 1 can of canned pineapples;
- - 3 ripe tomatoes;
- - 2 oranges;
- - a little pickled ginger - (if available);
- - juice of one lemon, salt on the tip of a knife;
- - incomplete teaspoon of sugar;
- - a bunch of green salad;
- - 2-3 tablespoons of cream (20% fat)
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the oranges, cut the slices in half. The seeds must be removed. Rinse tomatoes, cut into wedges. Rinse the lettuce leaves and set aside for now.
Step 2
Pieces of canned pineapple, medium-sized chopped tomatoes, orange slices (peeled and cut in half), finely chopped or grated ginger, mix with salt, sugar and lemon juice and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.
Step 3
Before serving, put the mixture in a salad bowl, where you have previously laid the lettuce leaves beautifully.
