Ravioli are Italian-style dumplings prepared with various fillings: sun-dried tomatoes, mushrooms, cheese, etc. They are delicious and of course they can be prepared for future use and frozen.
It is necessary
- 300 g fresh pasta dough
- 250 g ricotta cheese
- 50 g parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Divide the dough into 2 parts and roll out on a floured board as thin as possible. This can be done with a dough sheeter.
Step 2
Grate Parmesan on a medium grater and mix with ricotta. Roll up small balls and spread out on 1 layer of dough, at a short distance from each other.
Step 3
Lightly brush around the balls with water and cover with a second layer of dough. Gently press down on the dough and cut into squares with a curly knife.
Step 4
Boil the ravioli in salted water for 7-8 minutes.
