  • - 2 tbsp. vegetable oil;
  • - 2 tbsp. butter;
  • - 100 g of rice;
  • - salt;
  • - paprika;
  • - ground red pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Chicken breast must be rinsed and all streaks removed. Then the breast must be cut into plates, put on a cutting board, wrapped with cling film and beaten off well. Cut the ham and cheese into thin plastics. Grate the broken chicken breast with salt, pepper, brush with mustard and ketchup. On top of the breast, put the ham in the first layer, and the cheese in the second.

Step 2

Wrap the chicken breast with ham and cheese with a roll, secure the edge with a skewer or wrap with thread. Put the rolls on a leaf previously oiled. Bake at 160 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

Step 3

Sort the rice out of debris and rinse with cool water. Boil until tender in salted water. Put butter in cooked rice, stir, cover and leave for a few minutes.
