It is necessary

  • 3 cups wheat flour
  • 1 glass of kefir
  • 2 chicken eggs
  • 0.5 tsp soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Sahara
  • Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
  • Hard varieties of cheese 400 grams
  • Butter 50 grams

Instructions

Step 1

Add 1 egg, sugar, salt, vegetable oil to the prepared kefir and mix thoroughly. Two glasses of flour are sifted into a previously prepared deep dish, soda is added, and then mixed with the kefir mass until a homogeneous dough consistency is obtained, slightly sticking to the hands. The dough is covered with a napkin and put to a little warm place.

Step 2

Rub the cheese on a coarse grater, add one egg to it and mix. Gently knead the dough that has come up a little, adding the remaining flour (1 cup). A sausage is formed from the resulting dough, which is then divided into 9 equal parts. A cake is formed from each part, a prepared cheese filling is added to the center of the cake, the edges are wrapped and rolled a little with a rolling pin on both sides.

Step 3

The resulting cakes are spread in a preheated pan and fried on both sides until golden brown. It is not recommended to add oil when frying so that the cakes are not too greasy. After the khachapuri are browned, lightly coat them with butter. This action allows you to give the finished product extraordinary softness and a little juiciness.
