Ingredients for the dough:

  • Heavy cream - 3 tablespoons;
  • Flour - 200 g;
  • Butter - 150 g.

Filler Ingredients:

  • Smoked salmon - 150 g;
  • Lettuce leaves - 4 pcs;
  • Cheese 100 g;
  • Boiled shrimp - 250 g;
  • Dill - 1 bunch;
  • Eggs - 4 pcs;
  • Cream - 300 g;
  • Salt and pepper for dressing.

Preparation:

  1. It is necessary to grease the form in the form of a ring with butter, using one tablespoon of the prepared butter. Sprinkle one tablespoon of flour over the mold.
  2. Then you need to prepare the dough. Rub the unused butter into the remaining flour and stir. The result is a mass that resembles bread crumbs. Add heavy cream to the mixture and knead the dough with quick movements. Put it in the refrigerator for about an hour.
  3. Roll out the cooled dough and place in a greased and floured ring mold. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator.
  4. Bring the oven to 250 degrees. Cut the smoked salmon into thin strips and chop the cheese into cubes. Finely chop the lettuce leaves, chop the dill. Peel the shrimp thoroughly.
  5. Cut the dill on the bottom of the mold and lay the salmon slices, shrimp, cheese in layers and put the salad on the very top.
  6. Stir eggs and heavy cream, season with salt and black pepper and beat. Pour the resulting mixture on top of the mold so that it covers all the filler.
  7. Bake the dish on the bottom of the oven and bake for about 15 minutes. Remove the dish from the oven, cover it with foil and bake for another 15 minutes. Then reduce the oven temperature to 200 degrees and bake for another 20 minutes. Before removing the dish from the mold, let it stand for a while. It is better to serve the appetizer hot.
