  • • 1 kg of chicken meat;
  • • 30 g of gelatin;
  • • ½ teaspoon each of cardamom, ground pepper and dried basil;
  • • 200 ml of drinking water;
  • • 2 garlic cloves;
  • • 50 g of carrots;
  • • 100 g of nuts (walnuts).

Step 1

The meat for the future roll can be taken from any part of the chicken, not only from the breast. The main thing is to remove all small bones, films, fat and skin. Rinse pieces of meat, cut into small pieces.

Step 2

Heat quite a bit of oil in a frying pan and add the chopped chicken. Simmer the chicken for 10-12 minutes on low heat, stirring during the process.

Then add spices according to the recipe list and salt. In fact, any spices are suitable here, it all depends on what kind of flavor you want from the roll. Stir the contents of the pan and close the lid, the subsequent stewing process will take about 25 minutes, do not forget to stir the meat several times so that it is stewed evenly.

When the chicken is ready, add ground walnuts, garlic gruel, carrots to the pan and pour in the dissolved gelatin, stir all the ingredients and remove from the stove (the chicken meat should cool slightly).

Take a liter plastic bottle, cut off the neck, transfer the chicken to it, refrigerate overnight (about 12 hours). After a lapse of time, carefully remove the roll and can be eaten.
