- - 50 g sour cream;
- - 250 g of fatty crumbly cottage cheese;
- - 450 g of premium flour;
- - 100 g of sugar;

- - 200 g of chopped walnuts;
- - 2 pcs. chicken eggs;
- - 10 g of cinnamon;
- - 1 PC. a bag of vanillin;
- - 50 g of liquid honey.

Step 1
For this wonderful roll, you can take any nuts, walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, peanuts, it all depends on your taste and preferences. The main thing is that all the nuts are well dried, if the nuts are damp or not ripe a little, heat the oven and hold the nuts in a hot oven until they are completely dry. It usually takes no more than fifteen minutes. Remove the nuts and cool.
Step 2
Take butter, melt it in the microwave and add sugar to it, use a fork to grind the resulting mixture until smooth. Place the mixture in a large blender cup and whisk a little, add yogurt, then curd in small portions and whisk again. Place in a deep bowl, add baking powder and sifted flour. Knead the dough. Wrap the resulting dough with cling film and refrigerate for half an hour.
Step 3
Beat eggs with a little sugar, add cinnamon and some boiled chilled water. Crush the nuts in a mortar or coffee grinder, add to the beaten eggs. Add honey and mix well with a fork. Roll out the dough, spread the filling in an even layer and roll into a roll. Bake in a preheated oven for forty minutes.
