- 500 g pasta;
- 4 tablespoons of cheese;
- 200 g minced turkey;
- 2 garlic cloves;
- a small bunch of celery or parsley;
- favorite spices;
- 1 large onion;
- olive oil.
Preparation:
- To prepare this dish, you will need tomatoes of approximately the same size. They should be fairly dense and sturdy.
- Rinse the tomatoes well and use a sharp knife and a teaspoon to carefully remove the middle to make a kind of glass.
- Next, you need to start preparing the filling. To do this, put the minced meat in a deep cup and add to it the previously peeled, washed and chopped garlic cloves.
- Then add finely chopped herbs, salt, spices, and also ketchup or sauce there. You also need to add carrots to the filling, which should be peeled, washed and chopped with a coarse grater.
- In the "cups" made from tomatoes, you need to put the prepared filling. After that, the tomatoes should be laid out on a pre-oiled baking sheet and sent to an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Tomatoes should be baked for about half an hour.
- In the meantime, you need to boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
- The onion must be peeled, rinsed and finely chopped. Then it should be poured into a pre-heated frying pan with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Add to the onion the mass left over from the tomato, or rather, the pith with seeds. The filling should be cooked for 10-15 minutes, until it thickens.
- Put the finished pasta in a plate in a slide, put the stuffed tomato on top and pour everything with a fragrant filling. And on top of this dish you need to sprinkle with grated cheese. It turns out not only very tasty, but also beautiful.
