Strawberry cake is a delicious and delicate dessert. The custard with cottage cheese turns out to be very tasty. Strawberries not only decorate the cake, but also add a special summer atmosphere.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - 3 eggs;
- - 5 tbsp. spoons of milk;
- - 150 g of sugar;
- - 180 g margarine;
- - 4 glasses of flour;
- - vanillin.
- For the cream:
- - 500 g of strawberries;
- - 250 ml of milk;
- - 150 g of sugar;
- - 4 yolks;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of flour;
- - 150 g of white chocolate;
- - 400 g of cottage cheese;
- - 150 g butter.
Instructions
Step 1
Cooking the dough. Melt margarine, cool and mix with sugar. Add eggs, milk, flour and vanillin. Knead the dough and refrigerate for two hours.
Step 2
Grate cold dough on a coarse grater. Pour into the mold. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
Step 3
Cool the finished cake slightly and grind into crumbs.
Step 4
Preparing the cream. Add yolks, flour, milk to sugar. Put on fire, bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Step 5
Melt the white chocolate and add to the custard. Beat the cooled cream so that there are no lumps left. Heat the butter to room temperature. Then knead and add cottage cheese.
Step 6
Combine ingredients and beat until fluffy. Rinse and chop the strawberries.
Step 7
Cooking the cake: the first layer is sand crumbs, then a layer of cream and a layer of strawberries. Thus, we alternate layers until the crumb and cream are over. Decorate the finished cake with whole strawberries.
Step 8
Refrigerate for one hour. Serve with tea.
