Fettuccine is one of the most popular pasta in Italy. I suggest you cook it with salmon in a blue cheese sauce.
It is necessary
- - fettuccine - 400 g;
- - salmon fillet - 400 g;
- - champignons - 100 g;
- - dry white wine - 100 ml;
- - blue cheese - 150 g;
- - milk - 0.5 l;
- - salt;
- - pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the salmon fillet thoroughly and cut into small cubes. If you bought a fillet with skin, then it must be removed.
Step 2
Rinse the mushrooms and cut into thin slices. Next, fry them in a pan for 7 minutes so that all the liquid evaporates from them. Then add white wine and diced salmon fillets to the mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Pour the milk into a saucepan, then reheat it, then add the crumbled blue cheese to it. Do not remove the resulting mixture from the heat until it becomes homogeneous and thickens, that is, at least 3 minutes.
Step 4
Add the resulting sauce to the mushrooms and fish and cook for 2 minutes. When cooked, remove from heat and leave covered in a warm place.
Step 5
Now boil the noodles. After it's cooked, add it to the sauce and heat for 3 minutes. Fettuccine with salmon in blue cheese sauce is ready!
