Have you tried Caesar Roll at McDonald's? You can also make the same yummy at home. The recipe is quite simple, and the roll turns out to be incredibly tasty.
It is necessary
- - 1 thin large pita bread (you can take 3 small ones),
- - 500 grams of chicken fillet,
- - 3 tomatoes,
- - 6 tbsp. spoons of caesar sauce,
- - 12 sheets of lettuce,
- - 50 grams of crackers,
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable or sunflower oil,
- - 300 grams of hard cheese,
- - salt to taste,
- - ground black pepper to taste,
- - turmeric to taste,
- - sesame seeds to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the vegetables for the Caesar roll well, let dry a little.
Step 2
Rinse the meat, pat dry with paper towels and cut into strips.
Step 3
Fry the meat in hot oil until tender. Season with salt, pepper and turmeric. Turmeric will give chicken meat a pleasant yellowish tint.
Step 4
2-3 minutes before the end of frying, sprinkle the strips of chicken with sesame seeds (for flavor), stir.
Step 5
Wash the tomato, cut into thin slices.
Step 6
Cut the large pita bread into rectangles. If the pita bread is small, then you do not need to cut it. Grease one rectangle of pita bread with ready-made sauce (you can buy it in the store), sprinkle the sauce with grated cheese on top.
Step 7
Place two lettuce leaves on the cheese, on which lay the tomato. Put the fried meat and wheat croutons on top of the tomato. Cover with two lettuce leaves.
Step 8
Gently roll the roll into a tube and transfer to a plate. Do the same with the remaining ingredients. Serve Coca-Cola rolls like at McDonald's.
