Pizza lovers will appreciate this Mediterranean homemade pizza with a thin crust and mushrooms. A pleasant combination of olives, golden tomatoes, herbs and almond paste will create a delicious taste.

- - whole grain wheat flour - 2 tablespoons;

- - sugar - 2 tsp;
- - active dry yeast - 1 tsp;
- - water - 0.25 cups.
Instructions
Step 1
In a deep cup, combine dry yeast, sugar and warm water and let sit for 10 minutes.

Next, add flour, a tablespoon of olive oil, paprika and basil, 0.5 tsp. parsley, a couple of garlic cloves, 0.25 tsp. salt. Mix all ingredients well and cover with a towel. In this form, hold for 1, 5 hours.

Knead the dough for 4 minutes, then roll it out on parchment into a thin cake. Brush with a tablespoon of olive oil.
Step 4
Preheat oven to 210oC. Whisk the lemon juice, peeled almonds, 0.5 cups cold water, a clove of garlic, 3 tablespoons in a blender. olive oil, thyme and a teaspoon of salt.
Step 5
Put tomato slices, washed spinach, olives cut into plastics, mushrooms on the dough base. Sprinkle with almond crumbs on top.
Step 6
