Almond cake with vanilla cream is a very delicate and satisfying delicacy that anyone can easily prepare. This is what I propose to do.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - ground almonds - 250 g;
- - sugar - 100 g;
- - egg whites - 7 pcs;
- - flour - 50 g.
- For the cream:
- - dry vanilla pudding - 2 sachets;
- - milk - 750 ml;
- - sugar - 100 g;
- - butter - 150 g;
- For decoration:
- - icing sugar - 1 tablespoon;
- - cocoa - 1 teaspoon;
- - chocolate - 100 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Mix egg whites with granulated sugar. Whisk this mixture until thick foam, then add almonds and flour to it. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. While it heats up, cover 2 baking sheets with parchment and put the protein-flour mixture on them, evenly distributing it over the entire surface. In this form, send to bake for about 25 minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, pour the vanilla pudding into a separate cup and top it with 250 ml of milk. Pour the remaining half liter of milk into a saucepan and combine with granulated sugar. Put this mass on fire. Once it boils, add the diluted pudding and boil the mixture again.
Step 4
Leave the butter for a while at room temperature - it should soften. Once that happens, combine it with the vanilla pudding paste. Whisk thoroughly. The cream for the cake is ready.
Step 5
Carefully cut the edges of the baked cakes - they will serve as a side for the dish.
Step 6
Put one crust on the dishes and surround it with the resulting sides. Then place the cream on it, gently spreading it over the entire surface. Cover with the remaining crust. As such, refrigerate for about 2 hours.
Step 7
Combine powdered sugar with cocoa powder. Mix thoroughly. Decorate the finished dessert with the resulting mass. You can also sprinkle it with grated chocolate if you wish. Cut the treat into pieces. Almond cakes with vanilla cream are ready!
