Ukha is a type of fish soup. Today there are many recipes for making fish soup. For example, you can cook ukha in Arabic by adding a lot of oriental spices to the soup to add a special flavor. Usually fish soup is boiled from fish, which gives a transparent broth (perch, pike perch, ruff). But you can also take pike, burbot, ide or tench.

- - 2 cloves of garlic;

Step 1
Rinse the selected fish, cut into large pieces.

Peel the onion. You don't need to cut it - stuff the onion with cloves.

Boil water in a saucepan, add an onion to it, add spices and chopped fragrant herbs.

Pour olive oil into a saucepan, cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.
Step 5
Add fish pieces to the pot and cook for another 20 minutes. After this time, remove the fish, let it cool slightly, remove the bones. You don't need to get the onion out of the broth.
Step 6
Dissolve the flour with a small amount of water, pour it into the fish broth, add chopped garlic and fish fillets.
Step 7
Cook the Arabian fish soup for another 5 minutes.
Step 8
Squeeze juice from one lemon and pour it into a saucepan before serving. Serve croutons separately to such an ear.
