Cake "Arabian Night" - a dish of Arabian cuisine. It turns out amazing, tasty and tender. The dough contains dates. It's hard to guess what the cake consists of.

- - 1, 5 tsp soda
- - 250 g granulated sugar
- - 100 g margarine
- - 1 egg
- - 500 g flour
- - 250 ml of condensed milk
- - 250 g butter
- - 150 g peanuts
- - 100 g dark chocolate

Step 1
Prepare the dough. Rinse the dates well first. Then peel them and chop finely, add 1 tsp. soda and pour 250 ml of hot water. Close the lid and let sit for 30-35 minutes.
Step 2
Melt the margarine. Place the dates in a bowl. Add granulated sugar, margarine, egg and mix everything well. Add flour and 0.5 tsp. slaked soda vinegar, mix again until smooth.
Step 3
Divide the dough into 2 equal portions. Grease a baking dish with butter and pour in the dough. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, place the biscuit, and bake for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Bake like this one more time. Remove from oven and leave to cool.
Step 4
Prepare the cream. Whisk the condensed milk and butter with a mixer.
Step 5
Fry the peanuts in a dry frying pan, peel and chop until coarse. Put the first crust on a dish, brush with cream and sprinkle with peanuts, put the second crust, brush again with cream and sprinkle with peanuts. Grease the sides and top of the cake with cream and evenly smooth over the surface.
Step 6
Melt the chocolate, place it in an envelope, and pattern the cake.
