- - flour - 330 g
- - kefir - 200 ml
- - water - 100 ml
- - soda - 1 tsp.
- - vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons (plus a little more for frying)
- - icing sugar - 2 tablespoons
- for cream:
- - flour - 2 - 3 tbsp.
- - water - 100 ml
- - sugar - 1 tablespoon
- - neroli oil - 1 drop
Instructions
Step 1
First, let's make the custard. It will be very thick so that you can not pour it, but spread it on a pancake. Mix the flour with water until smooth. Add neroli oil. For the specified number of components, one drop of essential oil is enough. We will not use any other spices. But it will turn out really magical. Let's add sugar. We put the saucepan on the lowest heat and heat, stirring constantly, until the mass thickens. And we remove from the fire.
Step 2
Now let's prepare the dough. This recipe does not use yeast, we will cook with kefir. The pancakes are very tender and melt in your mouth. Kefir needs to be slightly warmed up to about room temperature. Now add baking soda and stir. Thick foam will appear. Now pour in the oil mixed with water. Carefully pour this mixture into the flour sifted into a bowl beforehand. Mix the resulting thick mass well so that there are no lumps.
Step 3
Pour a small portion of the dough, about half a ladle or about 50 ml, into the middle of a greased frying pan, preheating it. Fry over medium heat. When the top of the pancake is dry, immediately remove it from the pan and fold it in half, grease with cream, put it on a dish. Sprinkle each pancake individually or all at once with abundant icing sugar.
Thus, bake all the pancakes and you can serve them with tea or coffee.
