It is necessary

  • For the test:
  • - milk - 1 glass;
  • - water - 0.5 cups;
  • - flour - 1 glass;
  • - dry yeast - 0.5 teaspoon;
  • - baking powder - 1 teaspoon;
  • - sugar - 2 teaspoons.
  • For filling:
  • - medium apples - 4 pcs.;
  • - butter - 25 g;
  • - sugar - 3 teaspoons.

Instructions

Step 1

Pour warm water into a suitable deep dish, add granulated sugar and dry yeast to it. After mixing this mixture, let it stand for 5 minutes, then add milk, preheated to a warm state, and wheat flour along with baking powder, that is, a baking powder for the dough, there. Stir the resulting mass until smooth, then remove it in a warm enough place for about a quarter of an hour.

Step 2

While the dough is coming up, fill the Arabian pancakes with the filling. To do this, chop the peeled apples into rather small cubes, then fry them in a pan until soft, adding granulated sugar and butter. By the way, if you use sour apples, then you can slightly increase the amount of granulated sugar.

Step 3

Take a clean, dry frying pan, heat it, then pour 2 or 3 tablespoons of the dough that came up on it. When one of the sides of the pancake is covered with a ruddy crust, and the second dries up and many holes form on it, this means that it is already ready.

Step 4

After removing the finished pancake from the pan, carefully join one of its edges exactly to the middle. Place the apple mass in the formed recess, having previously cooled it. Do the same with the remaining dough and filling. Arabian pancakes are ready!
