Bint Al-sahn is a flaky Arabian flatbread. It turns out to be very tasty. Serve with honey and butter.

- - 3 cups flour
- - 1, 5 tsp yeast
- - 1 glass of ghee butter
- - 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions
Step 1
Dissolve granulated sugar and yeast in warm water. Leave it on for 10-15 minutes.
Step 2
Combine the flour and salt, make a well, pour in the yeast mixture and beaten eggs, knead the dough and add a quarter cup butter. Leave it on for 10-15 minutes.
Step 3
Knead the dough on the table and make balls. Roll each ball into a thin cake.
Step 4
Place in a greased baking dish. Coat each layer with ghee. Let the dough rise, leave for 30-35 minutes and brush with yolk.
Step 5
Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for about 45-50 minutes. When the tortilla is ready, sprinkle with sesame seeds and brush with warm honey.
