To make the meat soft, first we will boil it in salted water for half an hour. After the meat has cooked, let it cool. If it hasn't cooked a little, then don't worry.

Step 2
After our meat has cooled, we cut it into oblong pieces and fry until golden brown. To brown the meat, add oil.

Step 3
While the meat is browning, let's take care of the onions and carrots. We clean everything, wash it. Chop the onion on a cutting board in half rings. Three carrots on a coarse grater.

Step 4
After that, add onions with carrots to the browned meat and simmer until the vegetables are half cooked.

Step 5
When the vegetables stop crunching, add the tomato paste and fry with it. Then slowly, stirring, add the broth. Let it simmer a little. Then pour in the flour and, while stirring, add salt, pepper and seasonings to taste. Cover with a lid and let it simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes. The goulash is ready. Best served with pasta or mashed potatoes. Add herbs (paprika, parsley, dill) for decoration.
