Beefsteak is one of the most delicious meat dishes. Its name comes from the English words beef - beef and steak - a piece. Traditionally it is made from a whole piece of beef, but there are also chopped steaks.

Step 1
To prepare this dish, take beef with bone, a spatula or rump is best. Wash a piece, peel it from films and remove the bone. Pass the prepared meat through a meat grinder. Add an egg, 3-4 tablespoons of cold water to the minced meat and knead thoroughly with your hands until a fluffy mass is obtained. Add salt and pepper. Form 4 steaks in a round shape and about 2.5 cm thick.
Step 2
Peel the onions and cut into rings and fry it into pieces of fat until golden brown. Place the fried onions on a plate. Put the remaining fat in the same pan, heat it up. Dip the steaks in flour and fry over high heat for 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Step 3
Reduce the heat, put the fried onions on the meat, Cover the pan with a lid and fry the steaks over low heat for about 5-7 minutes. In the finished steak, the meat should remain pink on the inside, but without blood.
