This minced meat steak recipe is very simple. In it, the meat is complemented by an incredibly tasty sauce, which gives the dish an unusual taste and juiciness.

It is necessary
- - 1 onion,
- - 50 g butter or margarine,
- - 800 g minced beef,
- salt and pepper to taste,
- - a pinch of thyme,
- - 1 egg,
- - 2 tbsp. flour,
- For the sauce:
- - 100 ml of meat broth,
- - salt and pepper,
- - lemon juice to taste,
- - a small piece of butter,
- - parsley and basil.
Instructions
Step 1
Finely chop the onion. Melt 2 tablespoons in a heavy-bottomed skillet over medium heat. butter. Add the onion there and cook, stirring occasionally, until soft, about 5 minutes.

Place the sautéed onion in a bowl of minced meat, add the egg, thyme, 2 tablespoons more. soft butter, salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything well.

Form 8 round steaks from the minced meat, 1.5-2 cm thick, each roll in flour.

In the same pan where the onions were fried, heat 1-2 tablespoons. vegetable oil. Fry the steaks there until golden brown on both sides, about 2-4 minutes on each side. Then transfer to a plate and keep warm.
Step 5
Pour the broth into the pan and stir well to dissolve the lumps left over from frying the steaks. Boil the broth in half.

Add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste, butter and let it melt. Then add finely chopped herbs, stir and remove the sauce from heat.
