    • 10 g sugar;
    • 20 g of peeled almonds.

    • 100 g oatmeal;
    • 750 ml of milk;
    • 250 g cherries;
    • sugar;
    • chopped nuts.
    • For custard milk soup with cherries
    • 1 egg yolk;
    • 1 tbsp. l. Sahara;
    • 5 glasses of milk;
    • 2.5 cups cherries.

Instructions

Step 1

Milk soup with cherries Take dried cherries, put in a saucepan, cover with warm boiled water and leave for an hour and a half at room temperature. Remove the seeds from the cherries, put them back in the same water, add a piece of cinnamon, sugar and cook. Pour the cream into the broth, pour the flour through a sieve and boil again, stirring occasionally, to avoid the formation of lumps.

Step 2

Pour into a tall and narrow bowl (special glass) and beat with a mixer. Add sugar to taste. Serve chilled.

Step 3

Milk soup with cherries and wine Rinse the cherries, remove the seeds with a toothpick. Separate half of the cherries, boil in water with milk, add sugar, vanilla and crackers, rub the broth through a sieve. Boiled milk soup with cherries Mash the yolk with sugar, boil the milk, cool slightly, pour the yolk with hot milk, then heat the mixture, but do not boil, remove from heat and cool. Rinse the cherries, remove the pits with a needle or toothpick. Divide the cherries into two parts, rub one part through a sieve, add to the milk, beat the mixture with a whisk. Add the second part of the cherry with whole berries, stir, serve cold.
