This light and refreshing salad will be especially appreciated by lovers of tuna with sushi and sashimi. Making Hawaiian tuna salad is very easy. It is usually served in small cups.
It is necessary
- - 2 tuna fillets;
- - 1 shallot;
- - 1 tbsp. sesame seeds;
- - 1/4 cup green onions;
- - several art. l. soy sauce;
- - 1 tsp. chili sauce.
Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare the Hawaiian tuna salad dressing. To do this, combine sesame oil, chopped green onion feathers, chili sauce, sesame seeds, and soy sauce.
Step 2
Then take the tuna fillet, cut it into small cubes measuring three by three centimeters.
Step 3
Peel the shallots, wash, cut into thin strips.
Step 4
Pour the dressing you prepared previously into the dish. Add chopped onions to the container. Salt and pepper to taste and mix thoroughly.
Step 5
Add the chopped fish fillet pieces to the resulting mass and mix everything thoroughly again.
Step 6
Divide the Hawaiian tuna salad into small salad bowls. The dish can be served immediately, or you can wait a little and first chill it in the refrigerator.
