Sea cocktail salad is an easy start for a feast. Very easy to prepare, the combination of seafood, avocado and lime will give the salad an interesting twist.
It is necessary
- - seafood cocktail (mussels, shrimps, squids) 400 g;
- - avocado 2 pcs;
- - rice (boiled) 200 g;
- - parsley 1/2 bunch;
- - olive oil 4 tablespoons;
- - lemon juice 2 tbsp;
- - ground white pepper;
- - lime 1 pc;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the seafood cocktail until cooked in salted water.
Step 2
Wash the avocado, peel, cut in half, remove the pit, cut the flesh into slices and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Wash, dry and chop the parsley.
Step 3
Put the seafood cocktail, rice, parsley and avocado in a salad bowl, stir gently. Beat olive oil with lemon juice and ground white pepper. Season the salad with the resulting sauce. Garnish the salad with lime slices and serve.
