  • - 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • Crockery and household appliances:
  • - mixer, blender or whisk for whipping

  • - clean jar with a lid

Instructions

Step 1

Separate the raw yolks from the protein and pour into a container for making mayonnaise.

Separate the boiled egg yolks and add to the bowl with the raw yolks.

Add mustard, sugar and salt.

Mix everything well, grind or beat with a mixer into a homogeneous mass.

Step 2
