You don't have to be a top-class chef to make these savory puff envelopes. Light, crispy envelopes with appetizing chicken filling will not leave anyone indifferent.
It is necessary
- - flour 330 g
- - butter 270-330 g
- - salt 1-1, 7 tsp
- - sunflower oil
- - cold water 9 tbsp. spoons
- - chicken meat 570 g
- - onion 2 pcs.
- - Korean carrots 160-175 g
- - canned champignons 130 g
- - pickles 2 pcs.
- - hard cheese 130 g
- - ketchup 1, 5-2 tbsp. spoons
- - margarine
Instructions
Step 1
Mix flour and salt, add finely chopped butter. Add cold water gradually. Knead the dough and roll it into a thin layer, fold into 3 layers. Cut the finished dough into even rectangles.
Step 2
Chop the chicken into small pieces using a blender and fry in a skillet with finely chopped onions. Season with pepper, salt and add ketchup. Finely chop Korean carrots, mushrooms, cucumbers and mix with chicken.
Step 3
Put the chicken filling on the layers of dough, add grated cheese on top and wrap the dough with an envelope. Grease a baking sheet with butter (you can use margarine) and lay out the envelopes. Bake for 13-16 minutes. Bon Appetit!
